I have now a bad nasal inflammation caused by cold, so excuse me for a dull response. I can't remember this quote especially Kyle. "Level 5 emergency" seems like something from Science Fiction related movie. So I have two guesses...which one should I take...ok, I think it's from Battle for Terra (which I haven't checked yet).
