This was not so easy for me. I have bad memories.
At least it didn't look like the quote from a sweet character. So I narrowed down my guess to two movies which are The Sasquatch Gang and Strange Wilderness.
Is this the quote of Zerk from The Sasquatch Gang?

Seems like the hint didn't work  I'm still sorry for my English vocabulary. Maybe this quote could work even in "Planet 51", but it' not my answer. Now another hint. The quote was said at the airport.
